STREET VENDORS AND MARKETING SPACE

Ducky Derby Castle RockWhen:  We are actively seeking street vendors and organizations that want marketing space at this year's Annual Ducky Derby. The event will be held:

Saturday, June 3

 
Location:  Parking lot at 3rd and Elbert St. downtown Castle Rock,  (behind Pegasus Restaurant).
 
Time: From 11 am to 5 pm. 
Vendor set up will be 8:30 am to 10:00 am.
 
Fee Schedule: 
  • For Street Vendors - The fee for space is $150.00 or $75.00 for non-profit organization vendors. 
    The fee will be reduced to 40% of gross sales if vendor sales do not reach a total of $375.00,
    but will not be reduced below a $75.00 minimum fee. The adjustment will be made by refund following the Ducky Derby.
  • For Marketing with no sales involved - The fee for space is $150.00.
  • For Non-Profit organizations with no sales involved  - The fee for space is $75.00  
    $25.00 discount is given if Vendor and Marketing Agreements 
are received by April 20, 2017 - with payment check.
 
Limitations:  There are limits to the number of vendors accepted who sell the same products. Ducky Derby reserves the sole right to select street vendors and marketing organizations. All applications will be handled on a first come first serve basis.
 
Sign-up:  
  • To participate as a Street Vendor with sales, download using the link below and complete the "Vendor Agreement".
 
  • To participate for Marketing with no sales involved, or for a Non-profit organization with no sales involved, download using the link below and complete the "Marketing Agreement".
