The Castle Rock Rotary Club | Arthur N. Brewer Scholarship

About our Scholarships

As part of our ongoing commitment to the Youth in our community, the Rotary Club of Castle Rock has been providing scholarships to deserving students since 1990. The Club has been and continues to be especially anxious to recognize and reward students who have demonstrated committed service to their community and a plan to use their career as an avenue of continued service to the community.

Over the years, the Rotary Club has provided scholarships to several organizations and programs including Castle View High School, Arapahoe Community College, and Hide In Plain Sight.

Currently, the Rotary Club of Castle Rock has one Scholarship Program for 2025: The Legacy Campus Scholarships.

The Legacy Campus Scholarship for 2025

The Legacy Campus is a new initiative by the Douglas County School District. Its mission is to create a Career & Technical Education environment where partnerships with post-secondary institutions and industries provide relevant learning opportunities for high school students and the community. Students attend their home school and travel to Legacy Campus 2-3 days a week. Programs have associated fees, mainly college tuition.

Scholarships from the Rotary Club of Castle Rock make it possible for several students without financial means to attend. This program is also open to students currently enrolled in a Castle Rock high school.

Scholarship applications are facilitated through the Legacy Campus, with school counselors aiding the process. Our Club donated $5,000 to the Legacy Campus in January 2025. This donation will be matched by the Metzler Foundation, resulting in a total impact of $10,000 for Castle Rock area students attending the Legacy Campus.
